I am considering a house now at serimba terrace for 680k. My only issue is that it is strata title landed. I am not so clear about what this means. And when I researched I found a few drawbacks..

I am ok with the no renovations on the exterior but we have a fence dividing next door house which isn’t enough for privacy. Maintenance fee is 300rm and in future only bound to go up. Is that worth it?
