Seems to me like this is close to Pr1ma. DSL 22x70 with 5 bedrooms means the bedrooms are smaller in size and the common room would be very small

Went to the Sales Gallery end Feb, that time they said to be launched by April.Looks like the show house is almost ready..quite spaciouse area 2214 sf .5 rooms 4 baths. They started selling some of the parcels..not mistaken they open now 60 units..total got 97 units. |
