1) I already explained everything i knew about the laptop, you acknowledged it. I even found out that the Wi-Fi card isn't working and called to inform you on the day of the trade (Saturday 13 April), i even reimbursed you for it.
2) Explained in 1), original nego price was RM775. Showed you that you could get a Wi-Fi adapter for RM10, but i dropped the price down to RM750 then you countered with RM700. I didn't want to argue since you've been constantly low balling since February so I said okay to RM700.

3) We both inspected the laptop together thoroughly. I did not rush you. You were the one who concluded the deal and said "Okay, I think that's everything" and left while I cleaned the table. I did not know anything about the "white dead spot" anywhere on the screen and neither did you (at the time).

5) I told you all my sales are final. Your text on whatsapp before the COD was also: "Lets close at RM700".
6) My responsibilities to you were to sell you a laptop, not provide further customer service. That being said, i still maintained communications with you up until Sunday 14 April at around 11pm, and tried to give you solutions to your issues from 4am til 11pm on Sunday 14 April.
7) You did not ask me anything about "cost of repair", the only thing you were concerned about was a full refund.
8) I already told you that my sales are final. Didn't ignore your messages, i was still replying and trying to help. I told you from the very beginning that if I didn't care, I would have blocked you from the very beginning; but i didn't, until now.
9) The reason why i blocked you was because you threatened me by saying "trace ur location to find u..". How can I not treat that as a threat when people want to come and find me?
