Current package is like 8+2+3

So its gonna be 10% on the SPA price but 3% cashback which would cover the progressive interest till VP.

Yea noticed someone has raised the water issue but didnt elaborate much so not quite sure about it.

I got a type C1, facing UNITEN direction. Facing I.C.M direction will defo have future development plans. You will know it if you visited their show room. I guess, its for the best of this township~

I booked Type D at Tower B facing ICM @ level 19. What do you think is the future development immediately in front of the tower?
