Shirts - Uniqlo has formal clothes that are comfy and nice - RM129.90.
Suits and pants - Uniqlo, G2000, smart master, Zara, Burton Menswear.
Shoes - Aldo has discount section. sometimes can get below RM200.
Burton Menswear has nice suits and shirts , pants. If you can wait for sales period, can get like 30-40% off. If can wait and do some research, you can get quite a few good items with a RM1K budget.
