Thanks asking bcs I see the app not really up to date, bcs it says at logistic warehouse but at the top it says already with a courier guy and there is a tracking number there. When I google lax tracking that is the website that pops up and ya no records found when I key in the tracking number...

Anyone here staying in Penang order and got their item recently?
Bcs I see my item is stuck in the logistics facility for the past 2 days?
The seller I bought the item from was also from penang, so waiting this long to get my parcel is quite strange..

Same as me. It was very fast from perai hub to get to Georgetown hub, but now it is stuck in Georgetown hub for 2 days. Did you get your parcel on the 5th day or is it already 5 days and still waiting???

1.courier guy will only hand over parcel if the person receiving the item give the correct last 4 digits of parcel buyer of item IC number.
2. Courier guy will hand of item doesn't matter whose last 4 digit IC number is given???

Parent order wrongly, they didn't read correctly, they wanted to order oven but accidentally order oven cloth.
What happen is when delivery rider came today they was expecting a big box "the oven" but what they got was a small package that can't be oven.
What they did was they did not accept the package and delivery guy says he will just send it back.
Wta sifu's here what the correct way to do now to get back the money? Bcs they have a 14 day return policy right???
