Just wait for a while for the 2nd email.
If the data is successfully transmitted to the recipient, you will get an email... "Yay, your Water bill payment is successful".
If not successfully transmitted (commuication error) or rejected by the recipient, you will get a sorry note and Lazada will refund you.

If "Cancelled" mean rejected and refunded (instantly if using Lazada Wallet)

Not sure how soon Air Selangor App would update (I didn't check) the payment.

For Sarawak Energy, it takes 2 days to update to the App. For Air Kuching, there is no such App so I can check only in the next bill. For Unifi, the payment is updated in real-time.
