System error again.... hahaha I faced it in 2021 when try to purchase Xiaomi Pad 5 from their shopee store. Their inventory system damn lousy. Speechless to complaint too because they just won't care.

If wanna buy from Senheng, better confirm stock availability first or don't buy when stock level low. They won't practice first come first serve.

Chat but they may tell you make placement but at the end, can't deliver. Try your luck if wanna buy from their laz or shopee store.

Filed to return item yesterday due to not meet my expectation. It showed in my return item listing but seller side show nothing. Manage to call Lazada customer service, upon check, the system showed return n ask me to wait only since she said no problem to the return info. Keep ask me to patiently wait the seller to approve. Seller kind enough to show me the screenshot that nothing showed in their side. Customer service no idea why too n ask me to wait till system auto approve. Lousy.

PS; suspected Lazada system got issue because can't send out image file in message box.

Well no need to memorize it. Everyday you roughly see your coins more than 10K and out of suddenly less than 1k.

Lazada shipping really show. Picked up on 12 Nov and on the way to Puchong sorting center forever no more update. My Shopee orders all received after 2 to 4 days max.

No use to complain. They may tell you Lazada sales better than Shopee. 😂 Ya Nov 21 too far to get any compensation.
