Guys, I had an issue with an item. There was something wrong, but since I needed that item ASAP, I went to electrical shop to get it repaired for RM20. I contacted the seller for a partial refund for my troubles, they only agreed on RM10. I accepted, since the item was already repaired and got at a good discount. I applied for the partial refund of RM10, the seller accepted in the system, and then Lazada approved it. In the order, I used around RM60 Lazcash and 2,000 LazCoins. Somehow, Lazada refunded these as well, IN FULL. But they correctly refunded only RM10 to my credit card.

Can someone explain what happened and will I get into trouble?

Still managed to get Ayam Brand Tuna and Mackerel, Milk, Nescafe Gold, dishwasher liquid, all at 30%-40% cheaper than market after coins. Buy in bulk to make stock for the next 6 months

Why is Lazada damn bloody slow? Shopee usually next day can received, sometimes even same day.

Guys after 10.10 sales I cannot see any platform vouchers (other than crack egg). Anyone else?

I have neither platform vouchers nor FSV. Has this ever happened to anyone before? I tried uninstalling, signing out and restarting my phone, nothing doing.

EDIT: Nvm, I just chat with Lazada, and halfway through the chat it became normal. They definitely didn't have time to rectify anything.
