Lazada why remove tracking history after order received?

One of mine shipped on 11.11 and still stuck at delivery facility since 12.11. Meanwhile everything ordered on 12.11 has delivered before weekend.

I notice Laz shipping guarantee has different dates.

Family House 1: 20 Nov
Family House 2: 21 Nov
Family House 3: 22 Nov
My Home: 24 Nov

Recently I started shipping to my house, not knowing the delivery guarantee period is so much longer. But I will ship back to family house, cause if I did, but now I would've gotten all the shipping guarantee rewards. No urgent items. And they were all delayed at the initial stage, not during transit.

EDIT: It's funny cause on Shopee, all 4 houses qualify for the fastest delivery, be it SDD, NDD or 2DD.

For the top-up via FPX campaign, when is the reward credited? Instantly, or after a few days/weeks?

I'm from East Malaysia and i felt that it's kinda stupid that Lazada will allow you to make any purchase, but to slap you after a week that it cannot be shipped due to restriction.

If it's not able to ship, why the hell they still give you the option to purchase and send while certain item tell you it not able to? I think even certain mall don't allow to ship phone to East Malaysia.

I guess Lazada and Shopee being Location-based bias? I hope they don't give any reasoning that "It's because of Flight Regulation", duh....

Lazada: Sarawak and Sabah not part of Malaysia with the mark up shipping fee.

Their customer support suggested me to order from my country as my item is cross-border. Selangor to Sarawak... I see. Sarawak not Malaysia in their eye.
