Why cannot use fsv with 2 seller? It just choose last seller that i tick
If i try either 1 seller, 30-6 it apply
But if i try 2 seller, price already over 120, 100-10 fsv cannot use, it still apply 30-6 with only one seller

They change the shipping fee mechanism last week, it's so messy I cant even select which shipping voucher I want to use during checkout, and only 1 shipping voucher can be select/used even though I have already collect many shipping vouchers already.

The current system only allows you to use 1 shipping voucher apply to 1 store only, you can stack the items' value from 2~many stores. So you have to pay the shipping for other store during checkout if you select more than 1 store.

Sometimes you can get free shipping (i.e. RM10 shipping fee voucher) selecting items from 2 stores with high value (>RM200 or >RM300) , but when you try to checkout with item for 3rd stores, all of the sudden your shipping fee will increase to RM9.80 (1 store can use shipping fee voucher, you have to pay full shipping fee for another 2 stores).

I tried arguing with customer service and they replied me this is because my account has unusual behavior. Tired to argue with them anymore since they messed everything up after this august
