Guys for my situation who should I contact the seller or lazada on what's happening to my item? bought on 12.12, on 13th seller packed and the status stayed like this till today. In laz app it says item will receive by the 18th which is impossible bcs today already Sunday and item still with seller...

mine order on 12/12, 13/12 seller pack and this is the last update I got... What's happening, does anyone know what's the hold up? I msg Lazada and seller but both are being handled by Robots so didnt get a proper answer...

Mine from local lazmall seller. I did the Chat with agent as you mention with the seller but seem like nothing happened? Still got robot responses ?

Yes I tried both methods. Both just Chloe will reply and both methods also dont have the Chat with agent option like what you posted in your picture. Are you on PC or IOS? Im on android and I dont have that option...

what live chat? The methods I tired is 1. at order details page I click on contact Lazada. 2. At account page right at the bottom left of the page I click on chat with customer care. Both these methods when it comes to orders status it is only Chloe doing the replying...

I also dont know what happening. Since the 13th when I got notification packed by seller this item totally no movement or update since then.In the delivery details page its says item will arrive by 18th, today already 27th Lazada haven't done anything or send me any notifications. When contact both seller and Lazada both side giving me the usual robots answers... Im guessing since this is Lazmall seller Lazada let them do what ever they like??? I got better service from seller that dont have any Lazmall or Preferred title....
