How to transfer lazada credit to merchant overseas for adding small amount order?

9.9 purchased got cancelled due to merchant not ship out.

1. So bonus, bank voucher and others burn. Can i claim from cs? Claim more than previous total vouchers?
2. What action Lazada will take if this merchant don't want to fulfill during this double day sales?

I have experienced the puma 11.11 last year, cs ask me get compensation from puma. Puma remains silent and ignore.

I feel that the merchant suka suka don't want to fulfill the order due to not profiting. Let it lapse and auto cancel.
Wasting my time and the vouchers.

Just because 3 Jersey out of stock and the last week holiday, they purposely don't want to fulfill.
I'm out of word.

What to do? Request merchant compensate the voucher?

Lazada got strict like shopee example 1 house use few accounts?

1) Merchant provides voucher for 1 time use. So planning use 2 account to purchase after reach the min purchase
2) Bank voucher, can same credit card apply to 2 accounts?

Since shopee express only do sea shipping for shopee,
Can i send my Lazada and shopee items to them, then consolidate send to sabah? Pay the shipping out of apps.

1. Some shopee seller off the economy delivery because too long to compete order. Cashflow issue.
2. Lazada no sea shipping.
3. Shopee express got volume, thus very fast ship out from port.
4. Or any 3PL can arrange?

All of this want to save delivery cost for big item.
