Alot of thing contradict info. lazada said 26th send out puma said promise 28th send out give liao tracking number, no infomation at all. Meaning not logistic causing the missing, Puma doesn't want to fullfil. high level tactic they use 2 batches just to con me.

Rated them dissatisfactory because puma refund not yet in despite promise me before 12.12 and ask me to spend again in 12.12 for my compensation<--bad answer. The survey is serious. See how lah they handle.
