If the orders have been assigned a courier personnel (without phone number), does it mean that it will go out for delivery soon?

Auto refund depends on the item / system. The one I rejected needed to reach the KL warehouse again before the refund started processing. Other items I returned by myself to the drop off point automatically started the refund the moment I dropped it off and scanned in.

My package delivery attempt failed. At this rate it’s faster for me to go computer shop to buy them 7 days of waiting. Don’t know when they will attempt delivery again and it’s public holiday next week. Wow.

Really want to just tell them that I don’t want to accept the packages already.

On the other note, it seems like LEX is also working today. I just saw my item stuck since 14 July is out for delivery today.

Yeah. their usual reason is because of EMCO and sometimes sanitization effort, especially when KKM comes and asks you to close. You have to close for at least 3 days, no choice. which I kinda understand but as a buyer we are naturally impatient.

Won't switch back to Shopee, not especially if im buying expensive products. Shopee is horrible at refunding processes. I still like Lazada for its customer service better. Also, during this period, even though it was frustrating having to wait for so long, still LEX was always very fast. This time probably KKM really ordered them to close. Imagine closing down for 3 days and how many piles have accummulated? That part can understand la.. Who would want to get corvid anyways?

There's still live assistance. You need to "chat with live agent".
But for the delivery duration part, I believe they have removed that one yes.
I guess they are just really overwhelmed by the delivery and it's better to just make their limited CS to focus on more pressing issues than customers asking "Where is my delivery! why stuck in warehouse".

but if you have other issues with the product, can still reach live agent. For an example, the seller does other hanky panky stuffs.
But the queue is long, used to have 100 in queues by the way before EMCO, now i bet it's even more!

For cancellation, there's still cancellation (I have cancelled a few items because they didn't pack) but you can't cancel once it's packed and in transit. it's the same for shopee lah wei. You cannot cancel items when it's during transit.
