I have only RM156. Very slow and not enough release this time. Hope there's last hour shower.
And, this time can only use on 11.11, is that right? Used to be 3 days previously

Is that right? Didn't know that! I hope they give out more bonus, more vouchers since everyone will be scrambling in just 1 day

All in all I have only RM198 bonus s + RM4 from Lazzie exchange vouchers. No thrill this 11.11

The 11% Master card voucher has a cap or not? I haven't managed to get it but I'll check from time to time, hopefully lucky enough

So I notice I'm not the only one having problem with collecting shipping and cashback voucher. V99 errors have always popped up. Problem has been for nearly a week already. I have a cashback balance of RM30 that's going to expire between 18/9 - 21/9. Customer agent asked me to make small purchase first without a shipping voucher, which I tried in the "Any 3 from RM5.70" that is shipping free but still, I wasn't able to pay.
Tried uninstall, reinstall, logged back in still the same.
Today CS called me and say the technical team may take up to 1- 6 months to fix this problem which many users and not just in Malaysia have been experiencing.
CS told me to screenshot my cashback balance and to contact them once my account is back to normal. So bye bye 9.9!

How you got it removed? Just keep trying until it's normal? I'll try on another phone tonight and see what happens

Anyone managed to use the RM500 voucher for RM1000 purchase? The OPPO was already iny cart and when checked out the price went back up

Yup softban it must be. I'm not able to buy anything right now. Contacted cs and all she said is try buy without any voucher. Trouble is whatever platform voucher just don't load. Asked how long this buy without voucher will last, just no answer.
