From 11.11 until today still "Processing" in Lazada order status.
Gonna wait until this Sunday so Lazada will auto cancel order and drop the seller rep.

When does lazada do auto canceling?

Order and pay again, try check out with your items first, should applied with voucher.
Then place order, double check it is correct and cancel the previous order, then make payment on the latest order.

And yes, you can ignore the payment first as it allow you to repay again on later time, if you want to use the refund money for making purchase la.
Just remember, if you using the refund money in Lazada wallet, if this second order get cancelled, it will not allow you to refund out of Lazada wallet.
Unless it is a top up money for 11.11.

I guess it is more expensive because of Lazada voucher? As got a electronic voucher at 11.11.

System cancel, and seller just like, nah, not me.



Just having a quick check, baby product, some gaming device and medical use items, also including any items like women clothes that sell in baby shop.

For special event, they might extend it to 2 week etc.

im not using lazada wallet but debit card and i read it could take 5-15 days if im not mistaken to get a refund

i got email say like this

We would like to inform you that the refund amount of RMxxx for your item(s) listed below from order #xxxx has been completed by Lazada. For Credit Card/Debit Card refunds, your bank will require 5-15 working days for processing prior to the amount being reflected in your bank account.

If you got extra money, just reorder, it already refunding back to your debit card/bank account, and it is under Lazada+bank processing now.

I don't facing any refund issues for card payment, normally it should back like 1-5 working day, just go ahead and reorder then.
If you worry, then check how long can the voucher valid/for using, and place order after the refund completed.

dafuq, i bought dryer with my rm500 creditcard voucher summore, confirmed with seller on delivery date, suddenly canceled cos wrong address. . . . . . .

I still havent got a refund to my credit card. Two weeks since Nov 11th. Already spoke to both Maybank and Lazada. Both says to wait 14 working days. Should I be worried?
Usually it takes only 2-3 days to see the refund reflected in my card but this time it is unusually long. Could it be because it was a 12m installment thingy? Anyone using installments and cancelled before please give your feedbacks. Thanks
