Chronology
Saturday Evening : Got Mekbuk from 12/12 sale, realized that the up arrow key is not functioning normally. Feels like theres a bumb and its not placed properly. Scheduled a SC meeting on Sunday morning.
Sunday Morning : Brought mekbuk to Thunder Avenue Apple SC to check for keyboard defect (guy said he can repair but might take long time like 14 days) Gave me Apple Care number and try my luck somewhere else
Sunday Evening : Contacted Selller (TMT) on Lazada, they said just follow through the process by SC
Monday Morning : Called Apple Care 1-800, they opened case ID and told me to send to nearest SC, I picked Thunder IOI because there's available appointment slot there
Monday Lunch : Send mekbuk to IOI SC, the guy said the same thing and it is covered by warranty and It'll take 14 days to get the kb replaced. I said fuck it, I'll bite and just want to get this over with. left the MB with that SC
Monday Evening : SC guy called said the keyboard problem is actually not covered because the clip under the kb is broken and it falls under cosmetics and the warranty does not cover that. I was like wtf???????????????
Told me to pick mb up cause he did some "adjustment" that might have fixed it. Picked the laptop, nothing has been fixed and the kb still have this bumpy protruding feeling when pressed.
Haizzz what should I do frens? Just ask for return? I already paid 1st installment. (I havent pressed order received)
The bump when pressed, the key should level with the silver surface but this one is portruding a lil bit on the right side.

What nonsense? This isn't even a warranty claim, it is a manufacturing defect. If Apple doesn't cover it (which I find incredibly hard to believe), then the vendor has to change 1-1 or issue a refund.
Also, I hope you learn your lesson on buying from 3rd party sellers online for items worth more than RM1.5k, simply not worth it dude for reasons precisely such as this (unless the seller is extremely well known and will take ownership of any issues, such as Senheng).
