Does anyone know how to contact lazada delivery? My parcel has been inbounded at the Wangsa Maju Hub since 1 week ago but not delivered yet. It might be the shipping address problem as I put a pharmacy as the collection point (but there are successful delivery to the pharmacy in phase 2 of MCO).
I have contacted Lazada CS. They asked me to wait if I couldn't wait they can help me to cancel and request a refund but it might not be necessarily successful since the item might get delivered at the end.
