i bought a tv during the 11.11 promo, and received a damaged one, the screen is cracked. ive initiated the return process, the seller then rejected it.

i have proceed to press the dispute button on 26/11/2019, until now still no news. im terrified. omg.

any sifus here got experience and advice to share on this? thanks alot in advance

My story:
Bought crazy flash on 11.11. Cancelled later on 27.11. And since then I cannot place order, with/without voucher.

I'm human, never used bot and doesn't know how to but according to seller, there's bot, 2 quantities but 3 sold, so they cancelled all three, no fair. Item, matress by NeckPro.

Contacted Lazada but till now no fixing. Still have around RM90 stucked inside wallet...

So I guess there is some system error, regardless of your type of cancellation, as long as your crazy flash sale(or maybe not) order getting cancelled, then you are having chance to banned from place order.
Based on my record, the cancellation ban is start from 20th-23th, because I got a 50% discount voucher from CHOETECH live stream, so just as usual that I will do on Taobao or Tmall or Lazada, I place the order first to hold the price, and give myself 3 days or 72 hour(little tips, few years ago, Taobao also 72 hours, but now 24 hours ).
Then, well, the order auto cancelled on 23th Nov 2019 00:00, and when I trying to place order on 23th 8 AM(yes, sadly I don't has anything to buy in between 20th-23th, so I can't 100% confirm it is this cancellation or not), well, error and error.

Also keep in mind that it is a normal order, not crazy flash sale order.
And for crazy flash sale, I had said before, the crazy flash sale is more benefit the seller as, well, they can cancel the order by not shipping it(click packed then wait the system to cancel it), as it is just 1-3 quantity, so that don't hurt the  total cancelled order/total orders = total cancellation rate  to a lower amount that restricting them to join the next events.
But I will say so far so good, I had grabbed for like a months and based on my record, only 1-3 order getting cancelled.
This, are seller don't know about the oversold issues?
Even Taobao got this type of issues, means that, because of the server busy and getting desync, oversold has chance to happen.

For A30s, yes, over 19 quantity(they only allow 19 instead of 20, unsure why) sold, lot of successful buyer is posting under the Lazada Facebook's post comments asking why their order getting cancelled, while it is just 1 quantity oversold, you should be happy it is just 1, but not just cancel all of them...
If you ask me how many oversold, I guess 5-10?
Only Lazada and Samsung seller know about it.

So it is not a issues related to bot, but related to how's the handling of server, just saying it is bot is a too earlier conclusion.

If there is bot, none of us can get the crazy flash sale order within 1s, I will say 600ms, or 12:00:00:600 for human
For the bot, it will getting it within 100ms, or I should say 50ms, or I should say, it depend on the system throttle to prevent bots, they will set a min wait time in between check out and place order

For Taobao, if you are using App, no limit on min wait time, but if you are using mobile web, yes, limitation of 1.5s, as that is the old method being used by bot and human to get their processing time to lowest, which means that they also disallowed a human method to fight the bot.
(FYI, the mobile web is just same webpage, but 1 request for all the information required to place order based on the info in the address link, same to Apps)
So yes, experience is what let us able to grab these crazy flash sale, not bot or something.
And yes, banning bot means banning quick hand human too.

My friend also got place order for like 20:00:01 on night crazy flash sale, I guess lot of them just grabbing other stuff, so only normal human fight(means know nothing about method to place order within 1s, or lack of powerful device).
