Hi guys, I’ve a question. I submitted a return request, and dropped off the item at MBE. However, the staff told me there’s no acknowledgment slip. He asked me to just wait for update in the lazada app.

Can I know whether this is the normal process? Sorry if the question is stupid, this is my first time doing a return.

Coz sometimes ppl wait for day 3 to order. More bonus. But suddenly the item oos. Can only add to wishlist. Hahaha

After this round, my conclusion with Lazada and Shopee is this:

For small items (<RM 100), best to use Shopee as got a lot of small vouchers for discount. The cheaper the item, the more it make sense to use Shopee.

For big items (>RM 500), best to use Lazada during one of the 9.9 or 11.11 sale day as it works on bonus. Shopee has no equivalent for these kind of discounts.

I guess it is a good design for certain product's voucher la, because many time I saw voucher but empty list, wondering which product it applied to, not gonna happen now.
