Yes, you can, unless the TnG ewallet voucher is not inside your lazada account's voucher list.

You can't see on desktop/web, only mobile web/app.

But as you can't see it, I guess you go for wrong time, it is down from 0 AM to 1 AM, at that time only seller vouchers.
And if you don't update your app, it is time to do so, as Alibaba's app always required latest version.
Also including chrome as I believe it is using webview instead of crappy UC engine.

Also all voucher refilled at 12 PM, electronics finish after 5 mins, so did TnG ewallet.
