installed 100Mbps fibre last month.
pre-installation, they gave wireless dongle + router.
upon installation of fibre + another router, i returned the pre-installation router; but they told me no need to return the dongle, to re-use the dongle as backup, but they just replaced the pre-installation SIM meant for 4G wireless with new SIM meant for fibre backup.

few days after, the fibre installer called me to give a backup dongle that was meant as my backup dongle. but i informed him maxis centre already set me up to just continue using pre-installation dongle as backup, so he said then he don't need to come since already completed if like that.


(even maxis centre don't know why their SOP is, fibre installer will install new same-model router, and the one supplied pre-installation is then supposed to be returned.)
