it was first used with webpage, primarily catering to those wanting asian dramas with eng dub or eng sub.

it was tapped by others and put in kodi too (which often goes dead now).

later, forks emerged... one calls itself "allrss.se" while another is "myrss.nu".

the one u use is http://allrss.se/dramas

u can key in to try another http://myrss.nu/drama

content a little diff, diff versions for eng subs. eng audio, etc.

This app after so long, the developer still haven't changed the icon. It is still showing the boring default robot icon. LOL.

There's a bug in this player which I don't know how to explain. It's happening on ATV boxes with 7.1.2 but not on 9.0 Pie...

Nothing can be said about it until it can be described.

afaik, there are no eng movie/tv videos with rss.

fine for ATV 8.0.

been fine for a long time.

M8S Pro L is ATV 7.1 with rss a bit problem and KM3 is 9 but rss works well

it may not be a "ATV" android version issue but box/firmware specific.

RSS has also always worked well on my other ATV6.0

It is working. The problem eg if you had selected let's say hk drama and plays it then you decide to go back to previous menu, it doesn't scroll smoothly... Not sure if you understand what I meant...haha

I am using mxq Pro android version 7.1.2

Not only the rss player keep stopping, the YouTube keep ask me install new updates...

Then it states that updates from YouTube not compatible with the device

I need to clear the YouTube data everyday to watch it

that link is dead. so, i dunno what u installed.
but if it was good b4, it shud still b good... possible server down for a day or 2 - be patient.

two ways to do this app:
1. install rss player from playstore, key in this:

2. use ready made app, just activate:

this app/link been in use for a long time, still good.

as a bonus, try this:

about yr box, i do not know it.
the youtube problem is likely coming from an incompatible wrong version installed, won't update.
try going to playstore to reinstall from there.
u may need to uninstall old one first.

do note apps get obsolete, u need to do maintenance.
android box is not paid decoder where somebody maintain for u; u just press buttons.

For your box, it better you install for non android TV version cuz your box is not pure android TV platform.
