Lost 9kg in a week blush.gif been tryin Herbalife starting pack. Weight 98 (now 89) height 174 ... not sayin Herbalife is suitable for everyone.

Since it's Ramadhan, so, berbuka time.. I just eat oats. Buat sendiri resepi, Oat with tomyam flavour icon_rolleyes.gif added some vegetables (Shiitake, carrot, spinach, onion, garlic, cauliflower) some dried shrimp.. YUMMY..!! mcm bubur lambuk jadinya biggrin.gif

I think it's about consuming food more than needed daily calories.
