i can only workout on every tuesday, fri, sat and sun.. and sometimes only 3 times per week or too lazy, twice per week. But I make it to a point at least 2 times per week, 1.5hours to 2 hours per day.
anyhow, i started off by doing gillian michael's 30 days shred. did 2 months but i didn't really weigh myself that much. after 3 months, i came across insanity and did it. i almost die of out of breath. lol! it's so intense. anyhow, i pressed on. after a month of insanity, it's near my graduation's day.. and i feel myself more energetic, toned and old clothes seem to be a lot bigger on me. so, i decided to weigh myself. OH NO! i lost 10kgs! so happy!
then my weight has been stagnant for few months.. though i feel myself leaner and toner, why is my weight not dropping. LOL!
then, i incorporated weights lift with my cardio. 3 times weights lift per week. i do chalean's extreme. right now, my workout routine is like:
tue - chalean's burn it off (it's a combination of cardio and muscle endurance workout) 40mins. then, rest for 10mins, move onto chalean's weights.. since i have started a month ago, this month is my 2nd month of her program (PUSH circuit). each phase comes with 3 circuits and every other day, i do different circuit and rotate among that 3 circuits for the phase for a month. PUSH circuit is about 30mins workout. then if i have time left, i will move onto either chalean's abs workout for 15mins or legs toner workout for 10mins.
fri - any of insanity's cardio workout for 40mins. rest for 10mins, then move onto chalean's weights workout for 30mins. abs for 15mins, leg toner for 10mins.
sat - insanity's cardio workout for 40mins and recovery workout, which is like yoga but they call it as flexibility workout for 20mins. if on fri, i can't do either abs or legs toner, i will add one of the workout in this day.
sun - either insanity's cardio or chalean's burn it off workout. then add in chalean's weights lift for 30mins.
so, yeah overall my workout routine for a week will incl cardio, muscle training (weights) and flexibility workout. each time, cardio will be different cardio and muscle training will be different groups of muscle training. just rotate different workout.
so, recently i lost another 3 kgs.. but it's up and down.. weigh is very tricky especially when you are doing weights as when you increase your muscle mass, that will mean drop of % of fats; however muscle weighs more than fats. very confusing. so, if you are someone who stress a lot upon what you see on weighing machine, you'll get confused as well. haha! i feel that i am leaner and toner.. clothes are getting looser.. yet my weights still remain the same =.=;; but i like how my arms look like now.. with those muscle lines.

ya indeed maybe we came to certain ages,as our weight cant drop even we weight.
but we do felt loose when wearing cloth yeh..
need to follow some of ur cardio.
