i've tried carb-less for two weeks and drink soy powder with spirulina powder at night to help me "pooh pooh"the next day..
I dropped from 65 to 62 in two weeks time. So carb is the culprit.
try detox with fruits for three whole days..not tropica fruits. try s/berries, dragon fruits or kiwi, green apples.
