Breakfast: 2 wholemeal break with peanut butter, some fruits and 1 glass of goat milk
no tea break
Lunch: Brown rice with 2 green veges
tea break: oat biscuit with chinese tea
Dinner: Brown rice with vege soup
*no supper*
Anyone, please tell me wat wrong with my daily meal recipe? icon_question.gif

Agreed. biggrin.gif will caused kidney failure, I have stop drinking slimming tea.
