I perosnaly think that exersise is very improtant. If u are on a sliming program Grats to you. It would be more effective if u inculde exersise just basic stuff like walking in the park ect.. does not mean drastic movement . There is supliments you could take but quility wise is questionable and how much does it really help. It depends on product and quality.
Every person's body is different. so not all standard sliming programs are sutible. I personaly think that a custom silming program. Not talking about expensive stuff. But improtant is to know what your body needs to slim down effectively.
