My Yaris, after 2 years got steering rack issue...is it normal? The steering feels hard during certain driving conditions, especially turning and reversing :-(.

inspect tyre wear off pattern, any loud winding noise inside steering column

Hi there. I highly recommend the Yaris over the New Vios
Yaris:

pros:
-Looks sporty
-good NVH
-comfy back seat
-Wireless AA/CP included
-full package. Comes with Toyota Safety sense, windows tints, bodykit door handle protection out of the factory
-good handling, decent power
-good FC, can get 19km/l average on highways
-no engine start/stop nonsense
-Is a Toyota. Guranteed peace of mind

cons:
-CVT
-annoying beepings from safety sense
-cannot unlock door from passanger side.
-not 'modern'. (I don't find this a problem, but some will)

Why I don't like the New Vios:
-Not a full Toyota. More like a Perodua/Daihatsu with Toyota badge.
-Driving feel Does not feel like a Toyota
-Start/Stop engine nonsense
-Expensive
