What I did was to write down all my accounts password, encrypt it, and emailed to my wife.

Only she know the password to decrypt it.

Any other better way other than will writing?

If you have an active gmail account (all android user should have), then you can use the Inactive Account Manager and list down your credentials in the message that will be sent to the third party you trust, in the event you have been inactive for a period of time.
