Similar situation , I buy AX Series Corsair 1.2kW to power my dual system and the coil whine was unbearable, whole PC silent when Idle just the stupid coil whine ruined things. Sold the PSU to a friend of mine who don't care about coil whine since he use it in his office to render stuff overnight.

Brought an EVGA Supernova G+ 1000W, same coil whine issue, sold it to a miner of cuz coil whine doesn't matter when fans already like 5000++ RPM haha.

Then I almost give up and brought a SUPER FLOWER Leadtek 1000W at random , this one quiet AF. To my surprised. Doesn't matter if warranty only 5 years, I rather it being 5 years then die rather then coil while for 10 whole year haha.

I think need to pray to coil whine god when buy new PSU/GPU/CPU/etc.... if any combination don't like each other they will sing their song of their planet (coil whine) haha. I run on UPS / AVR also no use.

Even my RGB RAMS (Corsair Vengences) also got coil whine, need to change 3x only got one I cannot hear, luckily the shop PC also whine when we tested haha.
