I have the time to workout but I keep giving myself reasons not to workout,like if I go to play football I can socialize and make friend and also sweat abit...I won’t last long because working out is boring.I do like once or twice a week nowadays,used to do 6 days a week continuous for 7 years.How do I convince myself to workout more often?The benefit of working out is very good,better mood,more healthy body and mind...it’s just that it’s a little boring and i actually like sports
