Set shorterm sport goal like
- run faster next month in your sports
- smash harder next month in your sports
Rather than bb goal like
- gain 1kg muscle next month
- loss 1kg fat next month
Actually if you don't like it, you can't do it for the rest of your life, motivation is bs, discipline is key
Keep giving myself reasons not to workout
