 Keep giving myself reasons not to workout

in a slump myself now too. used to workout 5 times a week. now reduced to 3 times, sometimes 4 a week. Though weirdly only lazy to go during weekdays. Weekend business as usual.

Been going consistently for the past 3 years though. Guess good time to slow down for abit
