QUOTE(Daddy2be @ Apr 3 2019, 10:57 PM) I don't have the habit of wear watches of any kind to sleep... Any alternatives other than smart watches ? Do you believe, or are you bothered by news reports that, sleeping near your phone might cause cancer? If you don’t or are not, then set phone alarm to vibration only. I wake up at a different timing than my wife too, and I put my phone in the gap between mattress and bed frame on my side of bed. Vibration will wake me up, but not strong enough to wake the entire house.

QUOTE(Daddy2be @ Mar 30 2019, 09:42 AM) Hi everyone, I just had a sort of revelation when I was talking with my wife a couple days ago. Alarm. I wake up much earlier than my wife to go to work. I have this phone alarm that blares in the morning. I hated it . Wife hated it. But i kept using it cause after awhile its reassuring to know the alarm will wake u up. Now here comes the baby. I'm a first time parent and baby's coming real soon and I'm wondering what you guys did to your alarms in the morning ? No alarm? Soften the alarm sound ? Wife and baby will be in the same room as I am so...help me out here guys haha thanks in advance Have you decided which method you’ll be using? If it’s none of what’s suggested here, do share so we might learn something new
