Treadmills are quite costly. Any reason why you'd want a unit at home? Can always use that investment to enrol in gym instead though? Gym has various equipments that you can use to maximize your workout.

I want convenience. I don't mind spending abit like 1 - 2k for treadmill. Cause i don't want to be traveling back and forth to gyms. I want to walk at night, then just conveniently walk to my bed and sleep.

I guess whatever works for you do consider weights training/ functional training too other than purely cardio. You can build and tone up your muscles while you lose from running.
