AK suck... u see their design, all the same, nothing special.
in term of appreciation, very low.

Kuchai Avenue: 150k -> 550k (350%~400%)
Connaught Avenue: 185k -> 380k (70%~90%)
Parklane Oug: 270k->410k (20%~30%)
