frankly speaking... AK and PV are quite similar... in a sense that no bombastic workmanship... but most of the time reasonable... and their designs also not really bombastic... but just enough to justify the pricing they offer... as for mah sing.... haiz.....

AK suck... u see their design, all the same, nothing special.
in term of appreciation, very low. Kuchai Avenue: 150k -> 550k (350%~400%) Connaught Avenue: 185k -> 380k (70%~90%) Parklane Oug: 270k->410k (20%~30%) |
