Wow, 450psf at this location? Good luck to buyers. This part of Klang is aging, all new population are leaving for new places like bkt tinggi or Setia Alam. I lived in Klang for 30yrs, condo just doesn’t work here. Lotsa landed here are cheap n big

what type of demand are you talking about? bought 500k and renting at rm1.5k? even iprop or any other platform also 1 or 2 listing only. All i know is mostly bought for own stay.

and another thing its not fair to take leads as benchmark. Leads is located at klang prime location, walking distance to best klang mall and future lrt station. where as this berkerly uptown surrounded by factory and famous tyre shop.
