quite reasonable. nett should be cheaper than all other new highrise in south klang but this area surroundings are not good la. Klang town is dead, everyone focus on bukit tinggi/botanic area or northern side like BBK or setia alam.

Largest size is around rm423psf.

Good enough, since its close to 2 LRT3 Station.
Walking distance to international primary & secondary school.
Also access to new Central I-city.

Monthly 2000 installment living such environment.
Not bad lah

86 units booked for the first launched phase 1 (release 215 units).
Close to 50 purchaser have signed SPA to get additional 1% rebate and RM3000 Panasonic voucher.

Bought 2 largest units here, total got 8 carparks here 😁

Developer open second block for largest units due to higher demand.

klang ppl normally go for big units. 1st phase is good buy. come with well - known international school. many ppl will move because of child education. it will really help on this area.

Those are same or even more pricey PSF wise but small sizes n qualify for rumah selangorku due to the 250k price cap.
