Around rm470psf.
Largest size is around rm423psf. Good enough, since its close to 2 LRT3 Station. Walking distance to international primary & secondary school. Also access to new Central I-city. 86 units booked for the first launched phase 1 (release 215 units).

klang ppl normally go for big units. 1st phase is good buy. come with well - known international school. many ppl will move because of child education. it will really help on this area.
