yeah

ive been trying on eyeing this one too, but the availability is nowhere

and even if do got...the price is above iPad Air 3, say +300 +400

worth the extra money for 4 speakers and display?

IMHO, u rather get iPad Pro 10.5" as it has better sound speakers (sound blasting as if it's from d screen) and also buttery smooth display (thanks to ProMotion technology @ 120Hz) - perfect for drawings.

Performance wise, i comparing both Pro 10.5 n Air, i c no difference in gaming n video/image processing apps... A10X processor still performing well and can last even longer with newer iOS releases.

As of overall media / productivity consumption device, iPad Pro 10.5" still better option if u can find second hand one, or better newly minted device in the wild, that is...

i think i geddit now, if i were to balance out both replies

use for 2/3 years = iPad Pro 10.5 (tradeoffs were shorter lifespan, but better experience)
use for 4/5 years = iPad Air 3 (tradeoffs were lesser experience, longer lifespan)

this should do it icon_rolleyes.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif

Great thing about iOS is that it supports older devices way back as old as 4 to 5 years old. Since iOS 12 support 64-bit devices, the supported devices will sure last long as many years as possible.

I don't feel any hiccups on iPad Pro 10.5" i owned, feel much better experience for me (P.S. I still wan Touch ID on iPad for my conveniences) smile.gif
