Found that EpiCentre at eCurve still has the 10.5” iPad Pro... however price is starting from RM2655 for 64gb wifi.

Guess that its the retailers are the ones thats setting the price.

Edit: Machines at The Curve has stock for 256gb units at Rm2699

manage to find in johor area only.
I think all Machines 10.5” iPad Pro, 64GB, Wifi is sold out.

Other than that, there is Switch and Urban republic in johor.. for the same model and spec, they are selling RM2,400.

but manage to call a few Macstudio store in kl.. some store still have a few units, @ RM2,200.

For 2200 I wonder if Air 2019 is more future proof due to the newer processor.

for future proof, i think it is certain, after all, it is 2007 processor although it is better than iphone 7/7+ and iPad 2018 processor which are using A10.

so, for iOS support, it may also have at least 1 to 2 versions lesser support than iPad Air 2019.

There is so many youtube comparison video between these two models.
New ipad air 2019 cpu speed is slightly higher, but note that the x in ipad pro 2017 also mean there is separate graphic processor.
Higher screen refresh rate, pro motion, higher RAM are other advantage of ipad pro 2017.
not to mention speakers, camera, etc.

I will say ipad pro 2017 at
- RM 2k = "shut up and take my money"
- RM 2.2k = still at bargain. should get ipad pro.
- RM 2.4k = will be 200 more expensive than new ipad air 2019.. So it is up to the user on what to get.
