as title state, got any mmorpg worth to play now on pc? i know lot of mmorpg at android but its really not suit me.
used to play black desert online but semi retired now due to always dc -.-

i just started playing ffxiv and really think that it worth to play.
but early on the combat feel really slow and sluggish.

i try the trial before, as u said, feel really slow.
this game one buy off or monthly subscription? how much is it?

Monthly sub but also need to buy the game + dlc.
I got the complete package for game+dlcs+30days game time for rm100+ only.
But i heard that free trial can play up to lv35 without time constrain.

Can help share where you got the package from? I also quite interested to play.

Last time trial only for 2 weeks and until lvl 20 only if I not mistaken.
Do u ever play black desert? How ff compare to bdo? I love play bdo coz there a lot to do other than typical fight n grind game.

Nowadays not many good mmorpg to play. Before Apex legends came out, I was playing Blade and soul (tw server) for like 3 years and got exhausted.

FFXIV is good, quality wise comparing to other MMOrpgs out there.

FFXIV PVP not good, is stale, but people are still playing it anyway.

FFXIV strongest is it's story single (sometime there need to party thou) Main Quest. And you will need to slog it if you're not into the whole FF story, because everything is locked behind the Main Quest.

IF you like PVE, FFXIV give some good raids.
PVP? no sry is very bland. everyone is the same, your weapon/gears does not give any boost to your character in PvP. so basically very balance.
The PvP have few sort of battlegrounds and the basic team vs team the feast.
battleground have like 3 factions so rounding up to 72 players if im not mistaken.
there another rival wings, where is 2 faction instead.

*im just gibberish away here coz im still working*

Overall if you want that good MMORPG social feels, come FFXIV.

The whole COMMUNITY is not so toxic at all (there is, but very less, also now with their new policy, is less toxic now compare to before)

we have Tonberry, masamune, Kujata, Asura filled with english, but most is still Tonberry, you will see more E speaking in Tonberry than Masamune, Masamune still have a lot of E, but they are mostly filled with dual language people, honestly pick your choice where ever, thou if you're not too keen to dual language like me in Masamune, go to Tonberry or any elemental datacenter

lol price increased a bit already la. like 2 weeks ago i bought with 60% discount now only 50%.

yeah i played bdo a bit but since i having problem connecting to the server without using vpn or some sort i decided to drop it.
bdo much more fast pace and action oriented control compare to ffxiv. ffxiv much more party oriented and really depending on class system.
but in ffxiv really have no hassle to get party even on lowest level dungeon. and people seem to know what their job are in party.

been playing ffxiv since the 1st release but stopped recently due to busy wit work, best community u can find in mmorpg. not much toxic and a lot of frenly neighbors
story mode n raid is fun, great graphics n bgm. b prepared to use a lot of key/macro for tons of skills

Path of Exile ,a diablo alike loot hunting MMO.
Albion online ,sandbox mmo.
A:IR , currently undergoing closed beta ,had similarities with BDO.

FFXIV would be my recommendation. Have not played any mmo for 10 years last time, and did my research last year. Worth it really. Feels free to try the game out, you'll have a lot of fun really with the trial

FF xiv is the best , just that the sub is quite expensive T.T

if you like story driven MMORPG, go FFXIV, there free trial up to level 60 (which include 1st expansion one of the best story in FF games). free trial forever even if you hit lvl 60.

expensive sub? ur on USD? im on GBP, is cheap, like RM40-50/mo for me.

BDO is best if u like PVP and war, pve is like don't ever think it come at all.

BDO best in PVP, worst in PVE, beside super grinding on items and stuff.
FFXIV best in PVE, very boring PVP as it very balance. ppl still do PvP but is not that hype much, is good that is well balance.

my review.
honestly the story quite good, but too hard to follow. they use too much hard word (especially Uriangel.. haha)
since im tank, looking for party not really hard, but still need to wait around 1-15 minutes for dungeon and 5-30 minutes on trial. sometimes can go until 30 minutes for dungeon and 1 hour for trial even thought on peak hour (tonberry server 6pm-12am) i heard dps would take more waiting time.
still didnt try crafting job. i hope its good since in bdo, im more into crafting (life skill). plan to max main job 1st
really hate global cooldown. hope on end game, i would got much skill so i would busy pressing different skill and forgot about global cooldown.
this game got lot of features im still not explore.
btw, subscription around rm51 a month. i buy full game until shadowbringer rm93 (got promotion on playasia before)

cabal - perfect game but game developer/pusblisher/gm is sucks

tera - everything is quite nice, but kind of boring, and i dun like the UI, and graphic not optimize, low fps

black desert - nice game but overly heavily pvp oriented, there is nothing other than pvp

thus im not playing any mmorpg anymore, now i play d2/csgo and sometime find some mobile game play play.

you need to tick the Duty Setting Language to All Langue, remember ur playing in JP Datacenter (TOnberry) so for quick que, make sure to tick all the language for faster que.

I played BDO. Best in PVP but very grindy when it comes to PVE.

yes tonberry is full, too full apparently, until character creation windows sometims around only 1 hour (4AM to 5AM)

but no fret now since they breaking down barrier bit by bit, with Cross World Linkshell, cross world visits etc etc.

now.. if only they do cross datacenter between same region.. xD

so far go to town, got lot of people.
dunno about end game content since im still lvl 63
