FFXIV is good, quality wise comparing to other MMOrpgs out there.

FFXIV PVP not good, is stale, but people are still playing it anyway.

FFXIV strongest is it's story single (sometime there need to party thou) Main Quest. And you will need to slog it if you're not into the whole FF story, because everything is locked behind the Main Quest.

IF you like PVE, FFXIV give some good raids.
PVP? no sry is very bland. everyone is the same, your weapon/gears does not give any boost to your character in PvP. so basically very balance.
The PvP have few sort of battlegrounds and the basic team vs team the feast.
battleground have like 3 factions so rounding up to 72 players if im not mistaken.
there another rival wings, where is 2 faction instead.

Overall if you want that good MMORPG social feels, come FFXIV.

The whole COMMUNITY is not so toxic at all (there is, but very less, also now with their new policy, is less toxic now compare to before)

we have Tonberry, masamune, Kujata, Asura filled with english, but most is still Tonberry, you will see more E speaking in Tonberry than Masamune, Masamune still have a lot of E, but they are mostly filled with dual language people, honestly pick your choice where ever, thou if you're not too keen to dual language like me in Masamune, go to Tonberry or any elemental datacenter

if you like story driven MMORPG, go FFXIV, there free trial up to level 60 (which include 1st expansion one of the best story in FF games). free trial forever even if you hit lvl 60.

expensive sub? ur on USD? im on GBP, is cheap, like RM40-50/mo for me.

BDO is best if u like PVP and war, pve is like don't ever think it come at all.

BDO best in PVP, worst in PVE, beside super grinding on items and stuff.
FFXIV best in PVE, very boring PVP as it very balance. ppl still do PvP but is not that hype much, is good that is well balance.

you need to tick the Duty Setting Language to All Langue, remember ur playing in JP Datacenter (TOnberry) so for quick que, make sure to tick all the language for faster que.

yes tonberry is full, too full apparently, until character creation windows sometims around only 1 hour (4AM to 5AM)

but no fret now since they breaking down barrier bit by bit, with Cross World Linkshell, cross world visits etc etc.

now.. if only they do cross datacenter between same region.. xD
