ok, not received any thing yet. The 1 year fee waiver means the first year free, right? Any option to waive subsequent years fees with spending requirement? (The Gold card can waive AF if spend RM9k within the last 6 months).

Yes buy 1 and get 1 for free, but you may want to check out the blackout dates on your maybank card website

Its 50% off the bill when you dine with 1 guest, I always dine with my wife using Amex Platinum charge card, only paid for 1 person after the discount. Went to Shang Palace last weekend for dim sum too, also 50% off the bill, BUT discount only apply on the food, tax & service charge based on full amount.

OT: Well, that's our thought though back in 2019. We purposely chose the one with seafood choices, only Fridays and Saturdays in the past if I'm not mistaken. Now not sure if it is still the same. I guess it is because we are not a fan of the buffet-style dinner. Worth trying and 50% is a good bargain since I usually dine for 2 pax.

if each one of you and your guest have boarding pass, i dont see any problem, just get four ppl credit card ready : ctb pm, rhb wm, pbb vs, hlb sutera etc, sometimes kids can just sneak in. i recall many years back i told the staff i dont have enough cc for kids, she said fine. just try whatever ways, if cant go makan mcd lo.
