you need to spend way more than what you can pay directly to purchase F tickets to accumulate the miles.

i will just cancel the card before anniversary.

? I don’t get it .....
What I need to pay is annual fees plus YQ, a lot, but I aiming for F, if business class I agree just buy cash, return to Europe can get less than 10k per ticket

And, if u cancel before anniversary, u won’t get bonus miles

What is YQ?

How many miles do you need to get redeem F seats for 2?
the last time i checked for flights to kul - dubai, it is about 150000 miles for first class return.
2x will be about 300000 miles, you will need to spend RM 700000 on your card to get that kind of miles under preferable conditions.

If you just directly buy a first class tickets, it will cost around RM 30000 per pax return.
Total is 60k for 2 pax

It is just 10 percent of what you need to spend on your card.

I use this card to spend on government spending, which it get zero point with others card.

YQ is carrier surcharge, which is quit heavy with emirates booking, can be 2-3k per ticket , so plus annual fees, the cost to redeem using this card is indeed not cheap

Showeroom is the most important feature of an airport lounge for me

Agree.....even if already showered before leaving home, in our climate, by the time you finished the formalities, you will be perspiring again, so definitely before a long flight, I want a shower before boarding....

It obviously is an important facility for the angmoh airlines....they always have the most shower rooms in their lounges.... AirNZ Mel lounge has 6 showers....and the most ever....QF Changi lounge has 20!.....

Recently visited Narita suite lounge, impressed with the shower room, floor map, apart from usual bath tower, still provide handtowel and facial tower, disposable slipper, and most importantly, dyson hair dryer.

that's the problem.
you will have one set of dirty clothes before even start travel. hahahaha

bring along a laundry bag also, then put inside carry on.
Imagine u fly back from New York on sq , it is evening flight, hotel usually check out noon time, u will want to shower before a 9 hours red eye, if u really don’t want shower, then when u arrive in Frankfurt u definitely need to shower before another 12 hours flight...
