LoL... My 1st experience to enter seem to be cancel.
My fly delay 1 hrs until 11.00 pm and my sister fly 6 hrs delay until 3.30am.
I try enter using my CIMB inf and pb sign. It said 1 card for 1 person. So means only 2 person can in.. me and wife. Cannot left my sister outside right? + so full already. So I better cancel enter. Hope not consider my entre time.
Wan to go in but FULL ppl. Seem some flied delay today.

Now still at airport. Sit at Starbucks bahhh

+ Who knows how to complain air delay 6hrs more... Very hate. No action taken. Said maybe got free hotel but said full. Nothing can do.

They just do nothing just said finish hotel, full. Go to office there. And nothing can do. No evoucher given.
That why I need to make complain. Where can I make? Any website or where can complain successfully?

All the lounges are frequently full, including MH Golden Lounges, because it has become so easy to get a CC or Enrich status to enter. If flights are on time, it's ok, as passengers will come and go. But if there are delays, then the jam builds up, as earlier passengers stay on, and later passengers continue to stream in.

Not exclusive anymore, sometimes downright unpleasant, standing around waiting for people to vacate, like a kopitiam.

Hi, which card offer free for life and unconditional access to lounges (Malaysia and/or Singapore)? I only found 2 cards:

- RHB Visa Infinite (First 3 accesses is unconditional, correct?)
- HLB Visa Infinite (4 access per year, are they still unconditional from 2nd year?)

Any other card better (excluding Premier cards)?

Yes. Petronas-i to be exact. I would rank this number 1 among the three since it allows access to a lot more countries.

If I recall correctly, this car is  for HLB private banking clients only. The min relationship with the bank must be at least RM3mil.

Just a side note. Nothing to do with the card you mentioned, HLB priority banking is separate segment - min relationship is RM 300K.

Any cc that comes with airport lounge access + good rebates (cb/points) for dining & travelling?
