I tried OC to 4.0 with 1.425 voltage. Runs well except it's around 85c-95c which might be a bit dangerous I think in the long run?

Havent tried with lower voltage though.

more voltage = more heat,
unless you're using your cpu to heat up the water, or as space heater, 85c of course not going to end well in the long run

Ok, just curious. It says 2600 booat can go to 3.9 but in all my gameplay it usually around 3.65. Occasionally ot goes to 3.7 but cant remember goes further than that. Is there something missing? Or some bios set up I need to enable?

depends on the workload and only if your cpu heatsink have more thermal headroom

Do streaming increase cpu temp? Yesterday (during heavy rain where room temp is cool) when I stream the cpu temp raise over 80c. Usually when normal gaming never raise above 75c.

Steam/origin broadcast use only CPU at the moment, so it does increase workload.
OBS can be configured to use GPU, or secondary GPU to stream.
