hi, i just bought a retailer unit of Lenovo Y540, but when i check the warranty online , the warranty started in June 2019 , and will end in June 2021. ( i purchase the unit from Thundermatch).
I try warranty extension form in lenovo website and it says not within the grace period. I did sent email to Lenovo support but they have not reply me for past 2 weeks. I went back to the retailer , he said the warranty is based on the invoice date ( June 2020 - June 2022) instead of the online date. Is what he said is correct? |

newly sealed unit. i double confirm with the sales person and i watched them getting the unit out from the storage.
